Jam SQL Studio is PROPRIETARY, CLOSED-SOURCE software. It is NOT open source.
The source code is not publicly available and may not be copied, modified,
distributed, or reverse engineered except as expressly permitted in this license.

LICENSE SUMMARY

Jam SQL Studio is proprietary commercial software available under two tiers:

1. PERSONAL MODE (Free)
   - For personal, non-commercial use only
   - Subject to feature limitations
   - No warranty or support

2. PRO MODE (Paid Subscription)
   - For commercial and professional use
   - Full access to all features
   - Priority support included
   - Monthly ($9.99) or Yearly ($99.99) billing

PERSONAL MODE LICENSE

Subject to the terms of the End User License Agreement (EULA), you are granted
a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Jam SQL
Studio in Personal Mode for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

RESTRICTIONS:
- Commercial use is NOT permitted
- Business or enterprise use is NOT permitted
- Providing services to third parties is NOT permitted
- Certain features have size/capacity limits

PRO MODE LICENSE

Subject to payment of subscription fees and the terms of the EULA, you are
granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Jam SQL
Studio in Pro Mode for commercial and professional purposes.

PRO MODE INCLUDES:
- All Personal Mode features
- AI Workspace (schema sync, file sync)
- Unlimited Schema Overview objects
- Unlimited Data Compare rows
- Unlimited Schema Compare objects
- Unlimited backup/restore size
- Unlimited clone operations
- Unlimited export rows

TRIAL

A 14-day free trial of Pro Mode features is available to new users. Trial
accounts are limited to one per user. The trial is provided "as-is" and may
be modified or discontinued at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Jam SQL Studio, including all source code, object code, images, icons, user
interface designs, documentation, and all other components, is the exclusive
property of Aleksander Kowalczyk.

"Jam SQL Studio", "Jam SQL", and associated logos and trademarks are the
property of Aleksander Kowalczyk.

You may not:
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Sublicense, sell, or distribute the Software

THIRD-PARTY LIBRARIES

While Jam SQL Studio itself is proprietary software, it incorporates certain
open-source libraries as dependencies. These third-party libraries remain
governed by their respective open-source licenses, which apply only to those
specific library components—not to Jam SQL Studio as a whole.
